Information about processing of personal data
according to the regulation of the European parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR“)

The organizer, the company ECHOpix s. r. o., IČ: 29458552, based Csl. army 842/52, Under Cvilínem, 794 01 Krnov (hereinafter referred to also as "Organizer") will be in competition for prizes, organized, process the following personal data, which the participants of the competition (hereinafter referred to also as "Participants“) shall be entered in the registration form:

• Name and surname
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Delivery address (in the case of winning prizes)

  (together hereinafter referred to also as "Personal data“)

 

Legal basis for the processing of Personal data is the consent given by the Participant in the context of the registration form.

The organiser states that Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• Assembly data for the implementation of competition, therefore, registration of the Participants, checking the unique code, the draw, the publication of the names of the winner and contact the winner in case of a win.
• Contacting the winners on the confirmation or adoption of their winnings and the subsequent communication of the particular delivery address, if it is about the prizes, which will be the winners delivered according to the rules of the competition announced by the Organizer.
• Fulfilment of legal obligations in the event that the prize will be subject to taxation under the act no. 586/1992 Coll., on income taxes.
• The sending of marketing communications in the event that the Participants in the context of filling out the registration form can be a separate consent to send such communications.

 

Participants have under the conditions referred to in article. 15 to 22 of the GDPR, and act no. 110/2019 Coll., the processing of personal data the following rights:

• request a free access to your Personal data processed by the Organizer;
• ask for a copy of such Personal data;
• request rectification of inaccurate personal data;
• ask about the erasure of the Personal data processed by the Organizer, if you already passed the purpose of the processing, if the Participant's consent is revoked, if the objections against the processing, or if you are the Organizer processed unlawfully;
• ask about restriction of processing your Personal data (e.g., the Organiser of the data does not need, but the Subscriber is requested to determine, exercise or defence of legal claims);
• the portability of the data (the Organizer is obliged to release the personal data of the Participants processed in an automated way on the basis of the consent of another controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format

 

Participants have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of Personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for personal data protection.

 

Personal data of the Participants can be the Promoter forwarded to the following entities:

 

• Providers of maintenance information system
• Other service providers (e.g. external accountant or tax advisor)

 

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the competition for prizes organized by the Organizer, and after its completion they will be treated according to existing legislation, in particular Regulation of the European parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27. April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing directive 95/46/EC (Regulation GDPR).

 

Consent Participants to the processing of personal data Participants may at any time withdraw.
