The rules of the competition

 Announcement of the competition

1. The company ECHOpix s. r. o., IČ: 29458552, based Csl. army 842/52, Under Cvilínem, 794 01 Krnov (hereinafter referred to also as "Organizer“) hereby announces a competition for the following prizes:

• 1. price including the:

  City pedelec inSPORTline ISL Eclion 648 Wh 28&#standard 8243; – model 2026 – Deep Coffee

• 2. price including the:

  R2 helmet ATH33A size M
  R2 backpack ATBP05A

• 3. price including:

  R2 helmet ATH33B size M
  R2 gloves ATR04A size L

(hereinafter referred to also as "Competition“)

2. The duration of the competition

   The competition will take place in the period from 1.5.2026 to 30.6.2027 (hereinafter referred to also as "Time venue“), and that on the said website seniorbeznehod.cz. (hereinafter referred to also as "Website“)

3. Requirements for the participants of the competition

   The competition may participate in the physical person older than 18 years with a delivery address in the CZECH republic. Persons under the age of 18 years may attend only with the consent of the legal representative (hereinafter referred to also as "Participant“). From the Competition excludes employees of the Promoter and their family members. A necessary condition for participation in the Competition is also getting a unique code and the subsequent insertion of the code on the website, with this procedure is described below.

4. The mechanism of competition

   Participants will engage in a competition so that at the Time of visit Web page and here to fill out the registration form, in which the following particulars shall:

• Name and surname
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Unique code

Each unique code can be used in the competition registrovávat only once. One Participant of the Competition may participate in multiple times, if they put more distinct codes. Unique codes can be obtained in the framework of the brochures that the Organizer distributes the events to their viewers.

5. Evaluation of the competition

   After the expiry of the venue Organizer using a random number generator draws from all registered unique code of three winners, with 1., 2. and 3. prices referred to in paragraph. 1 the rules of the contest will be divided between them. Organizer contact thus drawn the winner no later than within 14 days from the expiry of the venue, and through the e-mail address that the winners indicated in the registration form. If the competent and duly contacted the winner does not reply to e-mail, in which he was notified of his win, up to 7 days from receipt of this e-mail to claim the prize shall lapse and the Promoter will draw for the winner is a substitute.

6. Transfer prices

   price (Urban pedelec inSPORTline ISL Eclion 648 Wh 28&#standard 8243; – model 2026 – Deep Coffee) will be the competent winners presented in person at the address specified by the Organizer, or according to the agreement.

   According to the act no. 586/1992 Coll., on income tax, are subject to the substantive wins, the value of which exceeds 10,000 Czk, the withholding tax of 15 %. This tax undertakes to pay the Organizer. The winner is required to provide the Organiser synergies for the purposes of taxation (communication of the data necessary for the proper taxation).

   2. price (R2 helmet ATH33A size M, R2 backpack ATBP05A) and 3. price (R2 helmet ATH33B size M, R2 gloves ATR04A size L) will be sent to the winners through the postal service or via courier, and according to the choice of the Organizer. The organiser undertakes to pay the cost of delivery 2. and 3. prices.

7. Protection of personal data

   To the Participant could participate in the Competition, so on must when filling in the registration form according to paragraph. 4 of the rules of the competition to grant to the Organiser's consent to the processing of personal data within the meaning of Regulation of the European parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27. April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to also as "GDPR“). Personal data will be in within the Competition processed only for the purposes of the registration of registered Participants and the subsequent draw of the winners, and in accordance with the GDPR and the relevant accompanying information about the processing of personal data.
